Louise has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources across a broad range of industry sectors including Community Services, Financial Services, Recruitment and Hospitality, enabling her to tailor her skills to any business, working in any industry. Her extensive experience in HR related matters places her in an ideal position to consult on a wide range of Human Resources issues. Her knowledge has enabled her to assist many businesses to address their HR compliance requirements, while helping to improve performance and productivity.

Louise’s areas of expertise include recruitment, training, HR compliance, performance management, consulting, industrial relations and EBA negotiations. Louise holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, a Diploma of Frontline Management and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
