Our History

We are a proud family business with over 25 years experience providing recruitment, training and consulting services from our Laverton, Geelong and Campbellfield offices and have clients across a variety of industries from mining to warehousing, food processing and manufacturing.

The business was established by Frank Fleming in 1992 after a 10 year career with Skilled Engineering that exposed him to the potential of establishing a quality driven recruitment agency in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

Flexi started small : above an Engineering firm in Hoppers Crossing and through hard work and the support of one or two clients, quickly established itself as a provider of quality staff for the light industrial sector. Within 12 months the white collar area was established and as the business grew we moved to our current premises in Laverton in 1995.

Flexi Personnel has been built on happy and engaged staff. Wayne Fleming, Chief Executive and son of the founders Frank and Margaret, believes good business is always about having the right people:

Wayne first worked in the business between 1993 and 2000 and returned in 2008 when his parents were looking to step back from day-to-day operations. Wayne leads by example working hard to develop the company.
