- Minimum 5 years experience in the recruitment industry – running a hot temp desk or placing permanents.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial or office environment.
- Live locally to Laverton or Campbellfield.
- Have a proven sales track record, creating leads, writing proposals, building relationships and closing the deal.
