Flexi Personnel's Client in Bayswater is looking for a Customer Service/Estimator to join their team. Requirements for the role -
Customer Service
* Manage the customer experience after order placement - this includes all communication required for order fulfilment and delivery. Operating with promptness, courtesy and high service levels at all times
o Manage call up process to customers - confirming order details
o Daily negotiations with customers and sub-contractors on delivery / production dates, extra delivery charges and any site difficulties
o Manage delivery/order issues swiftly keeping customer informed
o Respond to all customer enquiries and produce quality solutions that satisfy all parties
* Co-ordinate all logistical operations around deliveries
* Order buy-in products as required
* Maintain accurate records - keeping systems and files up to date
* Generating basic customer quotes for after-sales purchases
Estimation
* Estimating and generating customer quotes (including revisions) using V6 system
* Liaising with reps and/or customers (typically via phone or email) to answer questions relating to quotes
* Processing of Customer Orders (downloads)
* Maintenance of electronic filing systems
* Assist with customer phone enquiries or walk-ins to showroom if required
