Flexi Personnel has been a trusted labour hire & recruitment company, supplying skilled workers to our clients throughout Victoria for over 30 years.
Our client, a National 3rd party logistics company based in Laverton, provides warehousing & fulfilment services for their retail and eCommerce customers.
They require reach forklift operators for their morning and afternoon shifts, on an ongoing Monday-Friday roster.
Morning shift 6am-2pm
Afternoon shift 2pm-10pm
Duties will include:
- Reach forklift operation
- Manual handling
- Picking and packing stock
- RF scanning
- Loading and unloading rucks
- Putaways
- Preparing material for storage or shipment
- Checking for damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Stock replenishments
To be considered for this position applicants must have:
- Current forklift license (experience operating high reach forklifts)
- Valid drivers licence & own reliable transport
- Warehousing experience
- Confidence operating forklifts and proven experience
- Committment to Monday - Friday every week with flexibility for OT during busy periods
- Safety focus & process driven personality
- Full Australian working rights
- A can do attitude towards work & an eye for detail
