Labourer / Yard hand with (LF) Forklift Licence
Seeking a motivated construction Labourer/ Yard hand for an immediate start working Full-time/ permanent for a boutique developer of high-end residential properties, based in Sunshine
- Permanent - Full time role
- Starting at $60K + Super
- Sick leave & Annual Leave
- Mon - Frid 7am to 4pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform a full range of Yard Duties and assist with day-to-day task as required
- Assist yard staff with general duties to maintain a well-organized and safe environment.
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse and yard
- Load and unload goods from trucks
- Site preparation and Assistance with the construction process
- General labouring duties, use of handheld tools and performing tasks as per the instructions of the site supervisor or General Manager
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid (LF) forklift license
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Current valid unrestricted Driver's Licence, and own transport
- knowledge of the building industry is advantageous,
- Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week
- Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and labour-intensive environment
