Our client is leading manufacturer of machinery for the Australian Brick Industry. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in processes who values flexibility and work-life balance.

Temp to Perm

25 hours/week

Role commencing: January 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify transactions, and ensure timely payments.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing, reconcile customer accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Purchasing and Sales: Support purchasing activities and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with general administrative tasks as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience in accounts administration, ideally with XERO.
  • Is familiar with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Works independently and manages time effectively.
  • Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and team members.
