Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock movements, including inbound and outbound processes.

Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

Oversee stock transactions and ensure data accuracy.

Process returns efficiently and resolve stock discrepancies.

Maintain stock integrity and address any stock-related issues.

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory control (NetSuite knowledge is advantageous).

Prepare and analyze inventory reports using intermediate Excel skills.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
About You:

Proven experience in inventory and warehouse coordination.

Strong knowledge of stock control processes and systems.

Familiarity with WMS platforms, preferably NetSuite.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A forklift Licence is advantageous but not a must

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and time-management abilities.
What We Offer:

Full-time position with consistent hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

Competitive salary between $70,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation.
