Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock movements, including inbound and outbound processes.

  • Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Oversee stock transactions and ensure data accuracy.

  • Process returns efficiently and resolve stock discrepancies.

  • Maintain stock integrity and address any stock-related issues.

  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory control (NetSuite knowledge is advantageous).

  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports using intermediate Excel skills.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

  • Proven experience in inventory and warehouse coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of stock control processes and systems.

  • Familiarity with WMS platforms, preferably NetSuite.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • A forklift Licence is advantageous but not a must
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and time-management abilities.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position with consistent hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

  • Competitive salary between $70,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation.
