Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Starting at $60k - $65k (non-negotiable)
Exciting opportunity for an experience Accounts Receivable person to join a busy team based in Altona. Our client is a family-run business providing industry-leading workwear to customers across AUS/NZ.
Role:
* End-to-end Accounts Receivable
* Maintain accurate records of transactions & communication regularly
* Advise on updates as they come about or weekly as a minimum
* Setting up new customer accounts
* Reconciliation of accounts
* Review and recommend action for accounts trading outside credit terms
* Direct interactions with customers both internal and external
* Support the accounts team with general administration tasks
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* 12+ months of experience within an accounts receivable role
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
* Strong data entry skills,
* Proficient using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel
* Previous experience using Sage300 or similar accounting software
* Willing to come to work to work
* Put away mobile phone / air pods during working hours
* Own Vehicle & holds a current driver's license
* Must have full working rights within Australia
