Flexi Personnel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional with experience in Customer Service and Internal Sales to join our client's dynamic team in Carrum Downs.
As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling incoming and outgoing inquiries via phone and email.
- Exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Offering product support by resolving basic issues.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads for the sales team.
